Update: I have been feeling and waking up super energized these last few days. Honestly it has helped a lot that my coach put me on a low carb and high fat diet. I have been able to see more lines and my energy levels have been through the roof compared to the previous week. It is crazy, like I honestly don't feel like I am on prep, nor that I am 9 days out. It has helped a lot to stay so close to my stage weight. I have a couple more pounds to loose in 9 days and I am ready
