Day 1 Reverse Diet

NO CARDIO/NO TRAINING

Walked around downtown Palm Springs for 1-2 hours

Loosely did the depletion/low carb diet. Had 4 meals total. restaurant twice: (M3) 10-12 steak, 2 servings of veggies, 1 slice of bread, (M4) Large salad, 7-8 oz chicken, 1 serving of cadied pecans. And I also had a couple of dark chocolate coffee beans. At home meals (M1) eggs and oats and (M2) chicken and asparagus.
