Long distance running through palm springs
Left Palm Springs today and I packed all of my meals to stay on track. Went straight back to my depletion diet and added 20g of carbs to my diet. I missed my connecting flight because there was a medical emergency where a guy had some sort of stroke and the plane had to stop at phoenix instead of dallas. Luckily the guy was ok and survived. I also fortunately brought all of my meals and was able to stay on track for the rest of the day.
