Workout: Glutes

Cardio: 15 minute jump rope, 15 minute outdoor sprints, and 15 stair master bear crawls


Update: today was extremely tough. I attempted to go workout in the morning with my mom and I busted out into tears just within the first exercise. I had to come back later that afternoon to complete my training. Overall, I am an emotional mess and I don't know what is going on. I have never felt this way after a show so it just feels extremely weird to even be unmotivated to lift. Nevertheless, i came back and pushed through.
