Update: This increase in calories that was done yesterday has started to really kick in. I am feeling much better and I have not had any episodes of crying. It is crazy to think about how our bodies react. I literally did not feel hungry when I was eating 1600 calories, it is so crazy to think about how our bodies can adapt to certain things but yet not fully. Neverthless, I am excited for what is to come.
