Update: The level of energy and happiness that I have is completely indescribable. I am already lifting a lot heavier than I was this last week. The goal is to increase my weight on the exercises by 5% each week. It is super exciting to have that goal, it keeps me super motivated. 

This past week I ate out 2 times and brought my scale with me to both instances. SOOOOO I have stayed on the diet plan consistently which is something completely different than what I am used to. During my last offseasons I usually do whatever I want and I am never this strict. What keeps me motivated is knowing that if I do everything right, I wont gain too much body fat and my calories will keep increasing. 

During this check-ins you can tell that my stomach looks bloated and that is because i am constipated... I liteally went a couple of hours after taking these pictures so I know that my weight should have been lighter. Nevertheless, I am happy with my current physique and I am excited to see what next week has in store for me.

Adam did not change anything, he is happy with my progress thus far. For the constipation, he has told me to reduce my veggie intake and add digestive enzymes to my diet. 

The pictures posted are only a week difference. Week 1 vs week 2... it is going to be sooooo dope when I get to compare the next couple of weeks to the first week. Gains on gains guys!!
