Update: Alright so the holidays happened and I have been a bit MIA in posting my progress pictures. I spent the holidays with the family and was in jacksonville for 10 days. I took Christmas Eve and New Year's Day as a cheat day. During that time I also did 2 days of tracking my macros 

My weight has been fluctuating a lot, like yesterday I was 128. So we will see where I end up at the end of the week or during next week. 

I was a little concerned with my rapid weight gain and the way that my pictures looked. Nevertheless, after talking to Adam he put me back on track and told me that I looked like where I needed to be. 

That gave me a peace of mind for sure!

Today I also got a new diet! He restructured my macros so that I would have less protein and more fats and carbs. The reason why was because after I got my blood done, my Kidney and liver functions werent up to par, so even though he thinks it was because of the creatine and coming off prep, we wanted to be cautious and decrease my protein intake.
