Day 1, week 3 Reverse Diet
Diet: Low Carb Day

Workout: Arms & Abs
Cardio: 20 minutes of HITT on Treadmill
Update: SOOOOOOOOO freaking excited for tomorrow! Tomorrow will be day 1 of my new journey!
Tomorrow, I will be flying to Colorado with Joe to meet up with Adam Bonilla from @teamelitephysique to get this boat rolling. Tomorrow itinerary includes:
- Analyzation of every part of my program
- Metabolic Testing
- 3D scanning
- EMG Muscle Sensor Training
- And 2 killer training sessions with my girl @juliajanelle_ifbb_pro
It all comes down to improving my physique and I am in need of something new. If changes are not implemented, how would I ever know what really works for me? Doing the same thing over and over again will not lead me to my success. I have done 10 pro shows in the past 2 years. This past year I made alot of improvements, but unfortunately, I am not satisfied. I want to win and I want to be my best and the only way to really know what is out there is by trying new things.
