Workout:  2 sessions: Glutes and Shoulders

Cardio: 6 sets of sprints on the red rock stairs



Flew to Colorado with Joe to meet up with Adam Bonilla from @teamelitephysique to start my journey. what we did:

  1. Analyzation of every part of my program

  2. Metabolic Testing: 

    1. Calculated my RMR and it came out to be 1570. Which means that is how much many calories I burn at rest. Goal is to improve this
  3. 3D scanning

    2. From the scans we were able to tell what we needed to work on. I need to bring up the size of my glutes, arms, hamstrings, and shoulders. I also need to reduce the size of my quads and waist.
  4. EMG Muscle Sensor Training (Leg workout)

    1. ore these cool pants that had sensors to determine the level of activation from each leg muscle. Determined that my quads were over powering all of the exercises. During this session I also was able to learn what were the best range of motion to activate my glutes and hamstrings. 
  5. And Shoulder killer training sessions with my girl @juliajanelle_ifbb_pro
