Update: Today I went to the doctors to get checked out and see why I was having so many emotional cycles. I got my blood pressure and heart rate taken. My heart rate was extremely low at 35BPM, which also explains why I dont sweat. After much deliveration I decided to take the next 5 days off from the gym and have cheat meal that night. All I want is to go back to my old self and lift with all of the motivation in the world. I hope this refeed and time does me good.
