Weight: 132.8 lbs

My weight has been going crazy since last week. Hopefully it keeps going down haha. I am sore alllll over from training with my buddy. Still hitting my food and cardio

Macros lowered down. Still doing a 2:1 carb cycle and 45 mins of cardio

Weight: 133.2 lbs

I had an amazing week! I brought my intensity up a notch and started to incorporate more plyos and a HIIT warm up, which helps me get my muscles warm and my heart rate up.

My weight is probably lower than it wrote down. I had to wake up early to make it to my massage/cryotherapy session and had a bit less sleep and didn’t go to the bathroom just yet. The refeed did really well with my body I look sooooo goood! My muscles look really filled out and I’m overall happy with how I look, have been getting a lot of compliments and stares at the gym lol
