Constipated out of my mind. Since yesterday my tummy has been absolutely killing me. I spotted last week, had my pre emotional 3-4 days, and yesterday and today I had spotting. My hormones are so out of wack. I am probably going to take a laxative today but I am kinda waiting to see if my body will respond naturally without the help of outside help.

*** Yeah, waited till 2pm and nothing so took a laxative and did a natural belly roll exercise that actually worked for constipation. I know it worked because immediately after doing it, I pooped... yay!

This past week has been a bit of a roller coaster. I was super emotional all last week and it was super hard to get my head in the game. Nevertheless, I was able to manage and completed my workout and stayed on point with the food through the tears. Luckily, the emotions are gone now and I am feeling 100% happy again. I am also looking a lot tighter and leaner as of yesterday too. SOOOO very happy about that.
For my cardio I did 1 session of deadmills, 2 sessions of elliptical (wrapped in alot of clothing), and 2 sessions of sprints. I noticed that when I did the elliptical I actually sweated more and actually woke up lighter the next day. I dont sweat at all, so I think the extra sweats may help lower down my weight even faster.

No changes were made to my program this week since my weight dropped. However, he reassured me that changes will come next week.
