- 4 days Low Cal (1455)
- Rest Day Low cal (1581)

Cardio: 25 mins x 6 days a week (Increase)

Update: 

I am still weighing heavier than I am used to at this point. Nevertheless, I know that I put on a good amount of muscle in the offseason so we will see what happens. Trusting the process and allowing myself to not stress out. This journey is very different than what I am used to but getting upset or mad wont change anything. I just need to keep grinding.
