  • INCREASE
  • 30 mins x 6 days a week HITT 
  • 15 mins x2 days a week Steady State

Update: 

Well this week has been kinda crazy. Thursday and Friday I had that dramatic episode with my tiredness and emotions. Even though I wasn't feeling my best I did push myself to complete everything during those 2 days. After I talked to coach on Friday I have been feeling way better and i have not been tired or hungry at all. He pretty much called me a baby and told me to suck it up. Luckily his strategy worked lol. I think it was a combination of stress, lack of sleep, and anxiousness from the Pittsburgh pro. Anyway, I have been giving it my all and really pushing these last couple of days and will continue to do so.

I have been taking some time for myself, putting my feet up and not doing much for at least a couple of minutes everyday. This prep officially got pretty hard but I am not complaining, I am here to work and I will keep that positive attitude.
