  • 35 mins x 6 days a week HITT 
  • 15 mins x2 days a week Steady State

Update: 

Keto was actually pretty good, didn't feel hungry and was able to have energy and not feel hungry during my workouts. It has been fun seeing my weight go down and looking leaner. Saturday and Sundays cardio session were the toughest by far, I run out of air for some reason every time I do cardio. Either way, I still finished strong and gave it my all. My weight was a bit less yesterday at 125.1, I'm not sure what totally happened that made spike again. I have heard that weight gain is normal sign in keto so I'm not worried at all. Also, I feel like I look a lot better than the pics that I sent you.
