Cardio: 30mins SS
Food: Intuitively eating: eat under 2000 calories
Clean Intuitively ate all day
Evening cheat: Kobes Japanese Steakhouse: Chicken/Shrimp, rice, noodles, salad, soup, veggies.. ate all my food. Used glycolog from blackstone labs to absorb all of the carbs
went to the gym to workout and get a pump, then did about 30 minutes of cardio on the stair master.
I feel really relieved that I my calories have been increased after this show. I was honestly feeling like death from the prep and have been so ready for a refeed. Even after the show yesterday, I am feeling much better. I still felt pretty weak at the gym but I know it will only be temporary.
The goal now is to go into a maintanance calories and let my body refeed and then start prep for the mile high in June. (update: I changed show day for one week before)
