Baked Salmon


  • 1 oz of basils

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Pepper

  • Lemon for zest

  • 1 oz bag of chives

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Salmon


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Season Salmon with ingredients (except garlic and onions)

  3. Spray baking pan with PAM

  4. Add salmon to the pan 

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes


You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
