BBQ Turkey MeatBalls


  • Jennie O's Lean ground Turkey (1 lb)

  • 1/2 c of minced garlic

  • 1 egg

  • 1TSP Onion Powder

  • 1TSP Garlic poweder

  • 1/2 TSP Paprika

  • 3-4 TBSP of G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

  • PAM cooking Spray


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Tin foil baking pan

  3. Spray baking pan with PAM

  4. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together 

  5. Roll the mixture into balls

  6. Turn on skillet and spray with PAM. 

  7. Drop the meatballs into skillet and roll around for 1 minute so the outside can cook

  8. Place on Bakin Pan

  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until meat is at 165 degrees


You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
