Chickenless Nuggets

INGRIDIENTS

  1. 1 block of Tofu (14 oz)
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  3. 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid aminos, tamarind, or soy sauce
  5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoon oregano powder
  9. 1 cup gluten-free vegan bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Spray baking pan with PAM

  3. Flatten tofu and cut into nugget size cubes

  4. In a bowl, mix together ingredients 2-8 until evenly mixed

  5. Dip the tofu cubes into batter evenly coating the tofu. 

  6. Drop the tofu into the bread crumbs evenly coating each individual piece

  7. Place on pan

  8. Bake for 20 minutes

  9. Flip the nuggets and place for an 20 minutes or until golden
