Garlic Red Potatoes


  • Red Potatoes

  • Garlic Powder

  • Minced Garlic

  • Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Cover baking pans with aluminum foil

  3. Spray PAM evenly through baking pan

  4. Slice potatoes into wedges or smaller pieces

  5. Coat potatoes with garlic powder, minced garlic, and pepper

  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes. The longer it is in the oven, the crispier the potatoes will get
