  • 1-2 oz of basils

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Ms. Dash original flavor

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • 1lb of Jennie O's Ground Turkey


  1. Heat Large Saute Pan over medium-high heat

  2. Season Ground Turkey with ingredients 

  3. Spray saute pan with PAM

  4. When it simmers, add mixture to pan

  5. Stir with cooking spoon breaking up the meat until meat is cooked thoroughly (165 degrees)


You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
