Healthy French Toast

 

INGRIDIENTS

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1 whole egg

  • 2 slices of ezekiel bread

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tsp of cinamon

  • 1 packet of stevia

  • 2 TBSP of Sugar Free Syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Crack eggs and blend together into a bowl

  2. Add cinamon, vanilla extract, and stevia and whisk until it is all evenly mixed

  3. Slice breads into 3 rectangular pieces. Should have 6 total. 

  4. Add in the two slices of bread so that they can soak up the mixture. 

  5. Heat up the skillet and on high and spray with Pam.

  6. Set the skillet level to low/medium and place breads on pan

  7. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly

  8. Enjoy with sugar free maple syrup

STORAGE

You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge and can freeze it for an additional 2 weeks.
