Herb Garlic Salmon


  • 1 oz of basils

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Pepper

  • Lemon for zest

  • 1 oz bag of chives

  • garlic and onions

  • Salmon


  1. Cook cut garlic and onions on a sauté pan

  2. Season Salmon with ingredients (except garlic and onions)

  3. Spray pan with PAM

  4. Add salmon to the pan with cooked garlic and onions

  5. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side or until salmon can separate easily


You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
