Sauted Chicken


  • 1-2 oz of basils

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Ms. Dash original flavor

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • PAM cooking spray

  • 1lb of Chicken Breast


  1. Slice Chicken Breast into thin cutlets

  2. In a bowl, mix chicken and ingredients

  3. Heat Large Saute Pan at high heat

  4. Spray saute pan with PAM

  5. When it simmers, add chicken cutlets to pan

  6. Once one side is golden, flip the chicken cutles and set the heat to low medium

  7. Let it cook until internal tempeture is at 165 degrees


You can store the meat up to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the meat in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
