1 cup uncooked Quinoa (white, golden, red, or black)
2 cups water
Add 2 cups of water to a 2-quart saucepan and bring to boil
Pour quinoa and bring down to low heat
Cover pan with lid and let it cook for 15 minutes or until water is completely drained
Remove pot from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes
You can store the Quinoa to 4 days in the fridge.
