Low Carb Protein Pancakes

INGRIDIENTS

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/2 scoop of Blackstone Labs Strawberry Cheesecake 3-whey Protein

  • 1/2 c of oatmeal

  • PAM cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend egg whites, protein powder, and oatmeal until evenly mixed

  2. Spray pan with PAM cooking spray

  3. Set pan heat on medium level

  4. Pour batter on Pan

  5. Let one side cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden then flip

  6. Once both sides are golden, remove from pan

You can store UP to 4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze the pancakes in individual zip-log bags up to 2 weeks.
