Veggie Egg Whites


  • 3-5 egg whites

  • Ms. Dash lemon flavor

  • Ms. Dash original flavor

  • Minced garlic

  • 1 cup of chopped red peppers

  • 1/4 c of chopped onions

  • 1/4 c of mushrooms

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • PAM cooking spray


  1. Heat Large Saute Pan at medium heat

  2. Spray saute pan with PAM

  3. When it simmers, add just the peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until veggies soften

  4. Add egg whites, spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, and ms dash seasonings

  5. With a cooking spoon, mix the ingredients together until eggs are thoroughly cooked

  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until eggs are completely cooked. 


You can store the Tofu up to 4 days in the fridge.
