My Recommended Tips and Meals:
At the restaurant every meal is pretty large. My recommendation would be to make sure that you are picking the meal and saving half for later. Many of these meals have enough calories to fill up your macros/calories for the rest of the day. To save on some calories, I will suggest for you to ask for food to not be cooked with butter and remove extra sauces. If you want to enjoy the foods how they were meant to be eaten, make sure to portion control to be able to make them fit into your macros.
This is a great place to come a share when you come with others and if you are by yourself you can probably get 3-4 meals out of the food that you get.
Meal: Fried Rice with chicken **1/2 serving** (1080, 28f, 159c, 43p)
Serving size recommendation: I would suggest eating half or a third of this meal and saving the rest for later.
