My Recommended Tips and Meals:
At the restaurant every meal has a ton of calories, mostly from fats. My recommendation would be to make sure that you are picking the meal and saving half for later. Many of these meals have enough calories to fill up your macros/calories for the rest of the day. To save on some calories, I will suggest for you to ask for food to not bee cooked with butter and remove extra sauces. If you want to enjoy the foods how they were meant to be eaten, make sure to portion control to be able to make them fit into your macros.

Serving size recommendation: I would suggest eating the whole thing as one meal
