I am not a medical doctor or dietician. It is my job to get you in the best shape and health that you can. HOWEVER, it is also our recommendation that you visit your doctor before participating in strenuous activities. This is especially true if you are pregnant or have existing heart and/or lung conditions as well as any existing injuries. Please consult your physician before engaging in any physical exercise to be sure it is safe for you! If you are unsure if you should be medically cleared prior to training, then please do so!
By training with me, you agree to assume all risk of personal harm, injury, or death that could be caused by working out in a gym and/or gym-like setting or by improper nutrient consumption or related allergic reaction. Any plan we give you will be tailored to you to the best of our knowledge, however it is ultimately your own responsibility to know what exercises are too risky for you or if you cannot ingest certain foods due to allergies or other conditions such as diabetes.
By undergoing training with me, you agree that you have been made aware of my qualifications for training you. You hereby understand that in exchange for your monetary compensation, we are providing you with advice on health and fitness that is to the best of our knowledge complete and accurate.

It is our policy not to disclose any of our clients identities or health programs without their expressed written or verbal permission. If you wish to be displayed on our "Clients and Testimonial" page, we would be honored to have your permission to place a photo and/or quote that qualifies your time with us.
If you participate in a group setting during any of our sessions, it is understood that you should not under any circumstance photograph, or otherwise record, or disclose the participation of others in any form, including social media such as facebook, instagram, or twitter, with out the permission of all persons.

Unfortunately if you signed up using Stripe (your credit/debit card) instead of the paypal method, you will have to email us and we will cancel for you. Please allow up to 1 week from the time you cancel for us to cancel your membership. Please do so 1 week prior to your next membership renewal or you may be charged for the next month.
